The B.U.D. counselling centre is part of a network of various regional and national bodies that have joined forces to take effective action against right-wing violence.

B.U.D. is a member of VBRG, the Association of Counseling Centers for Victims of Right-Wing, Racist and Anti-Semitic Violence in Germany, and part of the Bavaria Against Right-Wing Extremism [Bayern gegen Rechtsextremismus] counselling network. Our sponsoring association, B.U.D. e. V., is also a member of the Bavarian Alliance for Tolerance [Bayerisches Bündnis für Toleranz].

The B.U.D. counselling offer is geared towards the specific needs of victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence. The central task of the LKS is to actively provide mediation and support to expand and perpetuate how right-wing extremism, racism and group-focused enmity (GFE) is dealt with in Bavaria.

Mobile Counselling Against Right-Wing Extremism [Mobile Beratung gegen Rechtsextremismus]

With three counselling centres, Mobile Counselling Against Right-Wing Extremism offers support in incidents with neo-Nazi, extreme right-wing, right-wing populist and (everyday) racist motives throughout Bavaria. Counsellors work with people seeking advice to develop solution strategies that are appropriate in the current situation and locality, focussing on the needs of the victims with the long-term goal of strengthening their confidence in their actions.

Families, Environment and Parents Counseling On Right-Wing Extremism [Familien-, Umfeld- und Elternberatung zu Rechtsextremismus]

This counseling service offered by the Bavarian State Coordination Office against Right-Wing Extremism [Landeskoordinierungsstelle Bayern gegen Rechtsextremismus] is aimed specifically at families, relatives, and professionals from the fields of education, social work, and child and youth welfare. The goal of the counseling is to help people gain more clarity, stability and confidence in their actions when they are confronted with right-wing extremism, group-based misanthropy or conspiracy narratives in their close environment. This can involve pedagogical questions or the shaping of relationships in private, as well as technical expertise in professional action.

VBRG is the federal association of independent counselling centres for victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence in Germany. Founded in Berlin in September 2014, the VBRG coordinates the network of counselling centres, represents their mutual interests and supports the nation-wide development and expansion of independent, specialised counselling structures.

The Forum Against Anti-Semitism (FGA) is a point of contact for persons who want to report anti-Semitic incidents.
