After the “torchlight procession” as part of the Coburg Convent, a young woman was physically and verbally attacked by a participant on 06.06.2022. She was attacked by the man with an umbrella when she verbally intervened in an altercation she had previously observed. He pushed her to the ground, beat her and insulted her in a misanthropic and sexist manner, in the presence of other men. The person concerned filed a complaint.

When the complaint was filed, the person concerned was accused of having contributed to the escalation herself.

On 26th of march 2022, unknown perpetrators stabbed the tires of a delivery vehicle of the store on the premises of a Russian supermarket in Coburg. In addition, they placed political lettering both on the vehicle and in the driveway, including a swastika and statements referring to the Russian war in Ukraine.

Wie erst anlässlich des Gerichtsprozesses gegen den Täter am 29. März 2021 bekannt wurde, kam es am 13. Juni 2020 zu einem rassistisch motivierten Angriff auf eine Familie am Goldbergsee in Coburg. Nachdem die Familie eine Gruppe mehrerer Personen gebeten hatte ihre freilaufenden Hunde anzuleinen, beleidigte die Gruppe die Familie rassistisch und griff sie mit Metallstangen an. Ein Betroffener wurde mit einer Metallstange mehrfach geschlagen und erheblich verletzt.
