Eine einseitig beinamputierte Frau wird von einem Mann aus ihrem Rollstuhl gezerrt und auf die Straße geworfen. Nach Angaben der Polizei gab der Mann an, sich darüber geärgert zu haben, dass die Frau rauchte.
